Regulatory Foundation
Tabuhan Island's development is supported by official government regulations establishing it as a designated tourism area.
Regional Regulation of Banyuwangi Regency No. 31 of 2002 formally includes TABUHAN ISLAND in the official Tourism Area Plan.
Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2012 concerning RTRW of Banyuwangi Regency 2012-2032 officially designates TABUHAN ISLAND in Tourism Allocation within Tourism Development Region 1 (WPP 1) with Nature Tourism Attraction.
Our Journey
From initial contact to official establishment, follow the key milestones of Tabuhan Island development.
Initial meeting between Minister of Tourism Arif Yahya, Regent of Banyuwangi Abdullah Azwar Anas, and EBD Paragon Singapore delegation led by CEO Wajih Malki.
CEO Wajih Malki conveyed commitment to develop international tourism destination to Regent. Development will create community opportunities and boost Banyuwangi tourism.
Official Letter of Interest by EBD Paragon Singapore addressed to Regent of Banyuwangi H. Abdullah Azwar Anas, M.Si for tourism area development.
Official MoU signed between Banyuwangi Regency Government and EBD Paragon Singapore Pte Ltd for Development of Tourism Areas and Supporting Facilities on Tabuhan Island.
Land Lease Agreement signed between Banyuwangi Regency Government and EBD Paragon Singapore for 53,350 sqm area (HPL Document No. 1 of 1999).
